Yes. Once you're in the Photos, Videos, or Audio section of the control panel, there will be a green button in the left column that says "enable sorting." Once you click it, the files in the list will start to shake or wiggle. That is an indicator that you can now sort them. Drag them in the order you'd like and that order will be reflected on your website.
